mums_groupWhat is Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes:

Our fitness mum’s and bubs class are programs created especially for new mums who want to get back into fitness. We combine core strength, bodyweight and light weight exercises to get you back into shape.

When you engage in a mums fitness program, your transformation  will begin to become  strong, lean and full of energy as you perform our extremely effective exercise classes that target the very muscles used and abused during labor, delivery and the day to day care of your baby.  With Active mums classes not only will you look great, but you will also get rid of any aches and pains that can come with being a mum.

Interactive – Active mums exercise programs have been designed with mums in mind, this lets you play with your baby as you get fit. Your baby is the focus and is always in your sight as you move  around your stroller. Active mums group fitness classes in Sydney also encourage plenty of  interaction between mums, so your baby is always having new and interesting experiences.

  • Our trainers are qualified in Pre and Postnatal Exercise

  • Wednesday:    – Dee Why Beach 10-11am




  • $175 for 10 weeks (1 session per week)
  • $300 for 10 weeks (2 sessions per week)
  • $20 per casual session
